Who we are

This policy explains how Lucensys ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through lucensys.co. If you have any questions, write to contact@lucensys.co.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• Your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number
• Your organisation or school name, role, city and school size
• Anything you write in the message field

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or Founding School application
• To arrange calls and share proposals you've asked for
• To keep a record of our conversation with you

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads. These providers process data only to deliver their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we're in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent you've given. Email contact@lucensys.co and we'll respond promptly.

Campus

This policy covers the lucensys.co website only. Schools using Campus will receive a separate data processing agreement covering student, parent and staff data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
